EA promoted another update for Battlefield 2042. In this patch, changes to the Discarded map, interface improvements and several bug fixes received greater attention from the developers.
In Discarded, new flags have been added across the stage and others have had their positions changed to bring the action to the busiest areas. In this way, new routes will draw the attention of operators to dominate opponents. Along with this, the general lighting of the locations received improvements.

In the patch notes, subtle changes indicate UI improvements to deliver cleaner visibility to players. Now, when downed in combat, they will no longer be able to hear the Signal Jammer, for example, making it difficult to communicate with the squad.
Another issue that has been bugging the community has received a fix. Interaction with claymores and C5 bombs, when placed near bushes and bushes, will now work as intended, meaning operators will be able to disarm and place them again without major issues.
