If you, like myself, can’t wait to return to Sanctuary to unravel its secrets and treasures, you will be happy to know that Blizzard has announced a stress test to test the stability of the servers in view of the release of the game.
The build available to us will be similar to the same as the recent open beta, but will include all corrections and changes indicated in this retrospective and some new rewards.
From May 12 at 21:00 until May 14 at 21:00, it will be possible to slaughter hordes of abominations on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, as well as in local co-op on consoles, with cross -play, and progress shared across all platforms.
There are some conditions to take into account, here are the following:
The progress of all open beta characters they will not be retained this weekend, then there will be a chance to try a new class or configuration. You will be able to explore the Shattered Peaks, venturing for the prologue and the entire Act I. For this weekend the limit for the character is level 20.
We will visit Kyovashad, to repair and buy new equipment, upgrade healing potions and access your personal chest. There are also tons of quests to explore Sanctuary’s rich history, World Events to demonstrate combat expertise, and Expeditions to obtain Legendary gear. It will also be possible to test yourself by defeating the world boss, Ashava, the biggest challenge of the weekend. Playing you will get rewards, such as the Initial Dead/Initial Victim title (achieved by reaching Kyovashad with a character), the Early Pioneer/Premature Pioneer title (achieved by reaching level 20 with a character), the Beta Wolf Sac cosmetic item (achieved by reaching level 20 with a character) and the new Ashava’s Cry mount trophy (achieved by defeating Ashava with a character at level 20). You can play with friends and girlfriends. Stress Testing supports local co-op on consoles and cross-play and shared progress across all platforms.
For all the information on how to participate in the Stress test you can consult This Page on the official site. Below is the “Diablo IV Developer Update Live Stream – Aprile 2023” broadcast yesterday:
