Blizzard Entertainment released some pretty interesting information this week about Diablo IV’s accessibility options. With the goal of providing an inclusive experience, the company implemented more than 50 accessibility features in the game, covering a variety of needs and preferences.
In addition to graphical improvements and gameplay mechanics, the company is placing a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring the adventure is enjoyed by a diverse audience. Options include readability features such as font options and adjustable text size for the visually impaired, colorblind settings, button mapping, and more.
Other accessibility options include subtitles for dialogue and audio, adjustable brightness settings, and even the option to automatically pause the game during cinematic cutscenes, allowing players to follow the story at their own pace.
Diablo IV launches on June 6 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. Those who purchase the Ultimate edition are entitled to four days early access.
