Forza Motorsport is in the polishing phase, coming out by the end of the year

First announced back in 2020, Forza Motorsport is one of the biggest Xbox titles slated for a 2023 release. Ahead of the launch, the team at Turn 10 have released new details, confirming that the long-awaited racer is in the polishing phase of its development.

Taking to their blog, Turn 10 Studios posted an update discussing the team’s Community Hubs. The post covers a number of topics, including Forza Horizon 5 and voting for future cars that should make it to the game. For this news, the most interesting update came in the discussion surrounding the upcoming Forza Motorsport, with Turn 10 Studios saying:

“While we’re focused on polishing and preparing Forza Motorsport for release later this year, we’re still eager to hear your feature and tracking requests, so we can keep in mind what you most want to see in the future.”

The team also confirmed that Motorsport will feature 20 locations to race at at launch – although these will be detailed closer to the game’s release.

Although it’s a small update, it’s encouraging to see that work on Motorsport is going well, and hopefully come the release of the game later this year, it will be fully featured and well polished. You can find the complete blog post HERE.
