Celebrated on May 17th Metro: Last Light by developer 4A Games celebrates its tenth birthday. In view of this anniversary, you can now fully experience the atmospherically dense shooter for free dust off.
Publisher Deep Silver and the development studio are giving away Metro: Last Light in the original version in view of the birthday Steam. The Redux variant, which was published later and was prettied up, has to be avoided, but it’s for it all DLC expansions Part of the free package.

To get Metro: Last Light for free, all you need is an active Steam account. If this is the case, you can then go to the Metro: Last Light Complete Edition product page green “Add” button press. The second part of the Metro series then ends up permanently in your game library.
However, you have to hurry, because the campaign has an end: still until May 25, 2023 you have time to take advantage of the free offer. After that, the original version of Metro: Last Light disappears back into the developer’s filing cabinet.
In addition to the free campaign, the other games in the Metro series are currently significantly reduced in price on Steam. So you get about the Gold Edition of Metro Exodus including all DLCs for 8 euros or the complete Metro trilogy for 12.50 euros. The latter contains the Redux versions of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, which have increased technically compared to the respective original version.
