It’s not particularly rare for copies of new games to end up in the hands of fans a little too early. Sometimes pre-orders are delivered a bit faster than expected, other times a store simply puts a game on the shelves too early. Whatever the reason, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the latest victim.
That is of course nice for people who can start the game a little earlier than expected, but it also means that spoilers can be found on the internet. EA asks on Twitter to be careful about sharing spoilers, but not everyone adheres to it. If you don’t want to know anything about the game before you can play it yourself, it is advisable to avoid social media for a while.
Fortunately, the early spoilers only started right before release this time. In the past, other games have been leaked weeks in advance. But unless you’re flying through the game in record time, there will probably be more spoilers online than what you’ll get to see from the game for yourself this coming weekend.
When is the release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
If the store where you buy the game adheres to the official release date, you can get started with the new adventure of Cal Kestis starting next Friday (April 28). At least, if you have enough space on your SSD. The game takes up a lot of space on both consoles and PC.
