The new free games have been available for a few days PlayStation Plus Extra e Premium offered in May, with a particularly interesting update, although players have now raised a particularly boring problem.
As you know, PS Plus Extra and Premium (found gift cards on Amazon) allow users to access an ever-expanding catalog of free titles.
Although the line-up now allows you to play 22 free games from PlayStation Plus, it’s there now un glitch which is creating quite a few headaches.
As also reported by PushSquare, some PS Plus users are reporting an issue related to the expiration of games on the service that temporarily forces them to return to the PS5 home menu approximately every 15 minutes.
On Reddit subscribers are sharing their experiences, most of which is simply confused by the apparent bug.
According to those who encountered the inconvenience, PS5 warns that a title for PS5 and PS4 expires in 15 minutes and at that point the console automatically returns to the home screen.
The game itself is not closed – you can immediately rejoin it with a button – but apparently the cycle repeatsso that the game is interrupted about four times every hour.
Some say they have tried resetting licenses, disconnecting from the internet, changing the system date and shutting down the PS5 completely to try and fix the issue. but without success.
At the time of writing, there is no known solution to the problem. We therefore await any official communication from Sony.
Staying on the subject, in recent days the PS Plus Collection was officially removed, which offered PS5 users as many as 19 particularly important free games (if you had already redeemed them, you can still continue to play them).
But that’s not all: Project Leonardo has officially changed its name, given that PlayStation has recently unveiled all the news of Access, the most accessible PS5 controller ever.
