Netflix has released a short trailer for the next season of The Witcher TV series. At the same time, the streaming service has confirmed that season three will be split in two, and the dates have been set for both.
The Witcher series will say goodbye to Henry Cavill this summer.

It all kicks off on June 29, with the launch of the first volume โ as Netflix calls the parts. Then the adventure continues on July 27, in Volume 2.
Season three is known to be the last time we get to see Henry Cavill in the role of the stubborn Geralt of Rivia. The fan favorite reciprocates, with what looks set to be an action-packed affair – based on the trailer that you can see at the top of the article.
The upcoming season continues the story of Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer. As Netflix tells, Geralt becomes increasingly involved in the father role for Ciri, while the young girl herself takes up magic lessons with Yennefer.
Netflix has already confirmed that a fourth season of The Witcher will also be coming. It will feature Liam Hemsworth as Geralt, a decision fans of the series have so far been rather unhappy with.
