Nintendo is not known as a publisher that releases games in a bad state. Tears of the Kingdom also does well for most players. But there was a problem with the quest “The Closed Door”.
It could happen that you could not complete this quest while you had done everything that was required for it. That was very disappointing, because this was a main quest and also the first main quest in the game. That is immediately an annoying quest not to be able to finish, since the vast majority of the game is only after this closed door.
Fortunately, that problem has been fixed in version 1.1.1 of the game, which you can download now. If you had already encountered the problem, it was automatically fixed after downloading the game, so you don’t have to start over. Other issues have been addressed with this update, but Nintendo won’t elaborate on what exactly has changed.
Tears of the Kingdom is selling very fast
Most players don’t seem to have been affected by this bug, as in the past week the internet has been flooded with mostly positive reactions to Tears of the Kingdom. Players have a lot of fun creating and sharing Ultrahand creations. The sales figures don’t lie either: Tears of the Kingdom is the fastest selling Zelda ever.
