LEGO
Privet lane 4
Let’s start with the place where everything begins, Privet Avenue 4. It will not be a place that Harry Potter has particularly fond memories of, but it is an unforgettable address for the viewer. The scene with the stacks of Hogwarts letters is etched in the memory of many.
That scene is represented in this LEGO set, but it is mainly based on The Chamber of Secrets. For example, Dobby is there to drop a floating cake and Ron is waiting outside in a blue Ford Anglia. In the book, Fred and George also came to the rescue, but that might have made the number of figures a bit high, so that detail has been forgiven the LEGO set.
LEGO
Dumbledore’s office
Most of the entire Harry Potter series takes place at Hogwarts. It is therefore no wonder that there are many sets that are based on part of the castle. Once you have a few, you can create your own version of the school with all your favorite locations and scenes.
Of course, the office of Albus Dumbledore should not be missing. From The Chamber of Secrets, Harry comes there with some regularity and something memorable always happens. You will find many recognizable elements in the set, such as the sword of Godric Gryffindor, Felix and the Brainpan. The headmaster’s office should not be missing in your Hogwarts.

Hogwarts Icons – Collector’s Edition
Of course, there are also many adult Harry Potter fans and LEGO enthusiasts, so not everything can be a playset. If you’re looking for something that’s just beautiful to have on your shelf, the Hogwarts Icons set might be something to get. This set collects all kinds of recognizable Harry Potter things in one place.
For example, you will find a Hogwarts letter, Harry’s glasses and Dumbledore’s wizard card. All this is topped off with a particularly majestic model by Hedwig, with a nice wingspan. It is also nice that you can make the set a little bit personal by choosing which department scarf comes from under the stack of books.
LEGO
Grimboudplein 12
Of all the places where Harry spends his summers, Grimmauld Square is certainly not the nicest, that title goes to the Nest. But despite the tension when Harry first arrives at 12 Grimmauld Square, the company is certainly not wrong.
You will also notice that in this LEGO set of the house. In it you will find a fairly large number of figures, including characters that you will not find so quickly in other sets at the moment. Furthermore, you can hide 12 Grimmauld Square in this set between the two houses next to it, which is a nice representation of something magical that does not always work out in many other LEGO sets.
LEGO
Hogwarts
When we talk about the best LEGO Harry Potter sets, there’s something we can’t ignore. Because where you can choose to build a modular Hogwarts, there is of course a specific image of the castle that the movies have instilled in us. For that version of the castle you must have this set.
It is the size and therefore the price, but the model turned out very well. There are also all kinds of nice scenes that depict scenes from the books and films. If the castle doesn’t appeal to you, there are other sets of a similar size, such as the Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley.
